Cancellation Policy Maliba Lodge

Cancellations are only effective on receipt of written notification thereof. If payment is not received in accordance with our payment policy above we reserve the right to cancel the booking and the guest/tour operator/agent will be advised of this by fax or e-mail. All cancellations will be subject to the following policy:

• Cancellation more than 30 days prior to the date of travel No Charge
• Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival 25% Cancellation Fee
• Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival 50% Cancellation Fee
• Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival 100% Cancellation Fee

Terms and conditions, as well as cancellation policy, are deemed as being accepted on receipt of the deposit (non-negotiable). Maliba Lodge reserve the right to cancel any activity due to weather conditions, closure of National Parks or any other unforeseen event.

Postponement Policy:

• The postponement has to be within 14 days prior to arrival or more: Free of charge
• Postponement within less than 14 days prior to arrival: Admin fee OR Full
• The cancellation fee may apply
• New date must be booked within a week from postponement request and not more than 4 months from the first booking dates
