Smoked Trout & Avocado Wrap


  • 2 Tortilla Sheet (ready Cooked)
  • 1 ripe Avocado, sliced
  • julienne of Carrots, Cucumber & Onion
  • 1 medium size Trout Fillet, smoked & shredded
  • Hollandaise sauce


  • To assemble the Tortilla wrap place cooked wrap on flat surface, start filling with slices of Avocado.
  • Followed by julienne Vegetables (enough to add texture, not to overwhelm the Trout & Avocado).
  • Lastly add the shredded Trout pieces, sprinkle with Salt & Pepper to taste.
  • Roll Tortilla tightly making sure to enclose the ends, ensuring that the filling stays within.
  • Cut Tortilla diagonal with a sharp bread knife, to give a jagged finish.
  • Tortilla is ready to serve with a light garden Salad topped with Olives, Capers, Tomato & Peppers
  • Serve with Hollandaise sauce to compliment the smoked Trout flavour.
  • Serves two people, great for light Lunch option for the summer months.
