- 2 Tortilla Sheet (ready Cooked)
- 1 ripe Avocado, sliced
- julienne of Carrots, Cucumber & Onion
- 1 medium size Trout Fillet, smoked & shredded
- Hollandaise sauce
Method:
- To assemble the Tortilla wrap place cooked wrap on flat surface, start filling with slices of Avocado.
- Followed by julienne Vegetables (enough to add texture, not to overwhelm the Trout & Avocado).
- Lastly add the shredded Trout pieces, sprinkle with Salt & Pepper to taste.
- Roll Tortilla tightly making sure to enclose the ends, ensuring that the filling stays within.
- Cut Tortilla diagonal with a sharp bread knife, to give a jagged finish.
- Tortilla is ready to serve with a light garden Salad topped with Olives, Capers, Tomato & Peppers
- Serve with Hollandaise sauce to compliment the smoked Trout flavour.
- Serves two people, great for light Lunch option for the summer months.
