1. Rates

   These Rand Rates are effective from 01 November 2011 to 31 October 2012. All Rates are inclusive of VAT

2. Payments

   Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard and Diners Club Card only or by electronic bank transfer. Cash can also be accepted to cover balance of payments and incidental costs.

3. Children

   Children 5-12 years of age are charged a fee of R425 per night. Children 4 years of age or under stay completely free of charge. Limits of 2 children are allowed to stay if sharing in parent’s room.

4. Extra Adults

   A maximum of one extra adult can be accommodated in a twin or double room

5. Bookings

   All bookings must be made in writing with our Central Reservations office and all guests should be in possession of a valid booking confirmation obtained from our reservations office.

6. Cancellation Policy

   Cancellation more than 30 days prior to date of travel No Charge

   Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival 25% Cancellation Fee

   Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival 50% Cancellation Fee

   Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival 100% Cancellation Fee

   Maliba Lodge reserve the right to cancel any activity due to weather conditions, closure of National Parks or any other unforeseen event.

7. Private Services

   Transfers - this will be charged based on a minimum of 2 pax in order to secure a Private Service

8. National Parks Fees

   National Park Adult Entrance fee per visitor per visit: 0 - 5yrs no charge, 6 -12yrs - R10, +12 yrs - R40 plus additional R10 per vehicle. Cash payment must be made on arrival at Park Entrance
